Bajra is rich in magnesium and improves insulin response by reducing insulin resistance which is excellent for diabetics. Try the normal bajra roti with no more oils, or ghees, or try with a full bawl of kadhi Mirchi (Achar) and fresh-cut onion on a plate.
Jowar is a multi-carb and will be digested slowly in the bloodstream and not cause a rise in insulin high in fiber is highly diabetes. In the below picture, I made jowar roti in my village for my grandmother.
Ragi have multiple advantages in diabetes. Ragi flour leads to very less incresase in sugar level compared to wheat does. Likewise start with simple ragi roti recipe to packed ragi roti dish with mix vegetable as shown in below picture.
